After complaining to several different staff members, they all lied and said I never won. No staff made any attempt to contact me on what I actually won. The kiosk told me to collect my candybar. I won a chance at the Jeep Renegade but thought I won a candybar. Card memberships are reset to zero at the start of the year. Spent well over 40k and had 2 taxable wins of 24. Online games only paid at around 15% for me for the same year.
If you complain, you get ripped off even worse for your troubles, and the machines paid at under 10% for me for 2021. Cons: Food is way overpriced and not very good at all (often way too salty and inconsistent visit to visit), management is horrendous at solving issues and will flat out lie to you and make dumb excuses, kiosks are too few, you get emails for promotions that rarely show up on the kiosks. They have bands every weekend and is a go-to place for the 20-something crowd who want to get out for loud music upstairs. I have seen some players get lucky enough to have big wins. Pros: The place is clean, non-management staff are friendly, there are plenty of floor waitresses, and there are lots of machines to choose from.
